Pi Kappa Alpha at UT does not just restrict itself to rush week.  We are instead a 365 day a year recruiting chapter, meaning, that we are always looking for the best men. We know that some of the best men are not found in just Greek Life, but are found in the class rooms, school offices, and in leadership roles throughout the campus. So our chapter wants to bring those men in and let them work with others that want that same success. We become a better chapter from those that better themselves as individuals through the plethora of things that Epsilon Epsilon has to offer. Just because Rush Week is just once a semester does not mean that our doors are closed after that week. For those men that are wanting to better themselves, the community and their college experience, our doors are ALWAYS OPEN TO YOU.

Head Pledge Educator

The job of the pledge educator is to bring up our pledges to know and understand the core values of the chapter as well as help understand where we came from as a fraternity and where we would like to head. Plus other information that the chapter deems crucial to the the pledge and the proccess up to initiation. We feel stong about the pledge proccess for the fact that we are helping eachother grow and also challenge eachother to become better men and eventually be close to the image of a true pike.

RUSH WEEK - September 13-17

• Monday - Greek Walk Around
  • Visit Pi Kappa Alpha on your walk about
• Tuesday - Cookout
  • As tradition has it, Pike once again has a hog roast this Spring semester.  We will also have some old and new alumni around to talk to as well as all of the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha.
• Wednesday - Submarine Sandwiches
  • Join the brothers for some subs and snacks.  Get the chance to hang out at the house, play games, and more.
• Thursday - Pizza with the Pikes
  • Come relax and have pizza.
• Friday - Blue Chip Dinner
  • Invite only dinner for the men joining our Spring pledge class

 What is Rush?
   Rush is a non-binding week of fun. This is your chance to meet the Pikes, get to know one another, and your first step to becoming a Brother. It is 100% free to the Rushee, and at the end you have a choice; pick which Fraternity to join, or choose not to join any of them. Look for the group that is just like you. Look for guys who you would be proud to be best of friends with. Choose the best. Choose PIKE!
